  1. I ordered my blood thinner medication back on March 14,2023, to date,May 9th, 2023 I still haven’t received it, even though I have called numerous times and I’m told over and over the meds are on their way. I have since ran out of my meds and Canpharm knows. I have been charged for my meds but still nothing. I will not be using them after this, and will be contacting my bank after May 17th 2023, (Canpharm rep told me my meds should be here by then), to get my money back and canceling my order if it’s not here. Very unhappy with this company.

    • I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with Canpharm. It can be frustrating to deal with delays in receiving your medication, especially when it’s a crucial blood thinner medication.

My advice would be to contact Canpharm one more time and ask to speak with a supervisor or manager. Explain the situation and let them know that you have been without your medication for some time and that you are concerned about the delay. Ask for a specific delivery date and a tracking number for your medication.

If they cannot provide you with a satisfactory answer, you may want to consider canceling your order and seeking an alternative provider for your medication. In the meantime, you may want to talk to your doctor about any other options that might be available to you in the short term.

When it comes to getting your money back, it’s a good idea to contact your bank as soon as possible to start the dispute process. Be sure to provide them with any relevant information, such as your order number and any communication you’ve had with Canpharm.
