Domain Name Information
We can see from the domain name records that this address was registered in 2015. This isn’t too long for a pharmacy to have been in business so could suggest a less than safe store.
Sometimes we find that the real contact information of the owners of a pharmacy site is kept from the records using domain privacy services. This isn’t the case and shows that the owner is based in New Delhi, India.
Business Profile
The contact page of this store gives three addresses. They have one in Canada, another in the Isle of Man and the Indian address found in the domain records.
The Isle of Man address is an offshore business formations company and not genuine offices and their Canadian address is for a payment collections business.
Another Canadian address is shown in the footer section of the website. This gives an address in Dorval, Quebec which seems to be where this business is operated from.
Regulatory Approvals
A seal from Pharmacy Checker is being used on the site to show that the store is operating to some regulatory standards. When we check with the organization we can see that they are valid members.
The Pharmacy Checker accreditation ensures that the business operates to a higher level of standards than most stores. They are required to have policies in place to make sure customers’ data is kept secure and consultations are available when required among other requirements.
Even with these regulation standards being followed by this pharmacy business it isn’t good enough for LegitScript. They give the store their lowest rating of a rogue, indicating that they don’t follow the laws which they should in every country they sell pills to.
Medication Offered
This store provides access to a wide range of products. They have both generic and brand versions of both prescription and over the counter meds.
While they seem to have pharmacies in Canada and India, it seems that most of the drugs are dispensed from the Indian location. They do inform you before you make a purchase as to where the pills are going to be dispatched from which is good.
They do require valid prescriptions when appropriate to make sure their customers stay safe with the pills they order.
Payment Methods
The site offers security to make sure your information can’t be intercepted when using the pharmacy. They allow you to pay for your meds using the following:
- Wire transfer
- Check (the US only)
- Offline payments
You will be informed about more details of the offline payment option when you are contacted by customer support.
Shipping Options
Delivery is charged at $12 for standard shipping which is expected to take between 2 and 4 weeks. Expedited shipping costs $20 and can take between 10 and 15 days, this option is only available in certain countries, however.
MedsEngage.com Reviews
They are asking customers to leave feedback on their Trustpilot page. The MedsEngage.com reviews found on this page show that most people are very happy with the service provided. They have an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5 with 72 percent of customers giving them the highest marks.
The general consensus seems to be that they are pleased with the prices offered by the store as well as happy with the customer support and delivery.
The testimonials found on this page seem to be from genuine customers and show that this is likely a safe place to order medications.
Conclusion
This pharmacy is operating within some regulations and has good customer feedback. When many pharmacies try to avoid giving a business address, this one offers four to choose from. This would seem to indicate that this is a more legit drugstore, though it is not without its problems.
The problem isn’t with the Pharmacy itself, but with the outfit that handles payments for them. I have been contacted by Meds Engage because “the payment was declined”, only to find out from the bank that the payment had NEVER BEEN SUBMITTED. My script was good for the initial fill plus 3 refills (a year’s worth of the med) and I had to use a different payment method each time. Not worth the hassle: avoid this outfit until they get their act together.
Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like the payment issues caused unnecessary hassle, especially with a prescription that had multiple refills. Hopefully, they resolve this soon. Aside from the payment troubles, how was the overall service from the pharmacy in terms of delivery and medication quality?
