PowPills.com is a drugstore promising that they are reliable with customer discounts. Our look at what this pharmacy does paints a mixed picture of this pharmacy, however.

Domain Name Information
We look at the domain name information for this pharmacy, we find that they haven’t been online for very long. It’s only been registered since January 2021, and this increases the chances that this pharmacy is a scam.
We also find that the pharmacy is using a privacy service to keep their contact information out of the public domain. While this can look very suspicious, it might not be as bad as it appears.
Business Profile
There are a couple of problems when we check the business information for this pharmacy. Though the pharmacy doesn’t give a business name, they do offer an address in India for the business.
When we check this address, we find that it is a commercial building in the city of Surat near the west coast of India. However, the social media profiles for the pharmacy point towards someone located in Seattle, Washington.
So which is it, India or the USA? It seems likely that the pills you buy from this pharmacy are from India and the social media accounts appear to be using a fake profile to make them look more legit. We cannot be completely certain about this, though it doesn’t look good.
Regulatory Approval
This pharmacy provides no indications that they are correctly regulated by the relevant authorities. The pharmacy doesn’t have the correct accreditation for an American drugstore, but they give no details of regulation from Indian authorities either.
When we check with LegitScript, they don’t give it to their approval. Instead, they have an unapproved status though this is not as bad as it could be. It would be worse if they were classified as a rogue business, but this gives them some room for interpretation and could mean that the pharmacy isn’t a scam.
Meds Sold
This pharmacy claims to be one of the largest sellers of medicines online, including generic, over-the-counter, and prescription medications. The main range of pills they sell include the following varieties:
- Men’s health
- Respiratory
- Life-saving meds
- Skincare
- Viral care
The pharmacy does give details about the manufacturer of the generic medications which is a good sign, and we believe that they are being dispensed from their Indian business location.
Prescription Requirements
The pharmacy does say that it needs a valid prescription to accompany your order. They also ask for your doctor’s contact details, as well as current medications that you take and your allergies. This seems to be a decent indication that the pharmacy is doing most of the things they should do to keep their patients safe.
Payment Methods
The store has a valid SSL certificate signifying your details should be safe when using the pharmacy. You can pay for your medications using either PayPal, credit cards, or debit cards.
Shipping
The pharmacy says that shipping takes between 6 and 15 days to arrive at your address. They do not, however, state how much this service costs or whether it is included in the price of the medications that they sell. While you might expect this information to be available on the FAQ page of the site, there is no information to be found there about anything.
PowPills.com Reviews
There are some PowPills.com reviews on the pharmacy that are from Trustpilot. While it is better to find comments on an independent website for a pharmacy, because they are more likely to be genuine, this isn’t always the case.
We cannot be certain that all of the customer feedback they display is genuine. Much of it seems very similar, with people saying almost identical things about the pharmacy. These people have also never made any other comments about other companies, and they have clicked a link from the pharmacy site to leave a comment.
While we cannot be certain, this increases the chances that these comments are fake.
Conclusion
We do have quite a few doubts about this pharmacy, however, some of the things they are doing are correct. They do give us a business address though there is some confusion over this information on their social media accounts.
The store doesn’t have any accreditation and we aren’t convinced that all of their testimonials are genuine. We suggest some caution if you are going to use this pharmacy.
