24h-Meds.com is an online pharmacy which claims to be a leader in supplying medication. They also claim to be an American pharmacy. We investigate this store only to discover that both of these claims, and more, are complete lies.

Domain Name Information
The domain name database reveals that this pharmacy’s address was registered in 2016. Stores which have been online for less time are more likely to be scams in our experience, so three years isn’t all that good.
The domain database should contain information about the ownership of this website address. Unfortunately, the owner of this site is using a domain privacy service to hide their details from the records.
The domain name has been registered with a notorious US registrar. They are, among other things, known for providing services to sites selling counterfeit meds.
Business Profile
This pharmacy uses as its main logo the words “American Pharmacy”, but despite this, they don’t give a US address on their site. In fact, they don’t provide any real-world contact information for the pharmacy or give the business name for who is operating the store.
It is difficult to believe they are really based in the US, they could be located anywhere in the world.
Regulatory Approvals
When checking the regulatory seals provided on this site, we notice something very strange. They claim to be an American pharmacy but they are using seals which are only for Canadian drugstores. So which is it? Canada or the USA. The real answer is, probably neither.
They are using seals from CIPA and MIPA among others. When we click on these seals to check that they are valid, nothing happens. What should happen is that we are taken to the association’s site so that we can check their membership. This doesn’t happen here because they aren’t members of the regulatory associations they claim and are using the seals fraudulently.
Looking to LegitScript we see that they don’t have a good opinion of this pharmacy. They give them their lowest possible rating of a rogue pharmacy.
Medication Offered
The biggest sellers on the store are the men’s health category of drugs. Their prices are low, though they fail to mention where the pills are dispatched from which is a concern.
As well as the men’s health drugs they also offer, among other pills, treatments for:
- Blood pressure
- Asthma
- Pain relief
- Sleeping disorders
- Weight loss
Regardless of the pills, you want to buy from this store, there is a concern with where the pills are coming from. Since they don’t say, there is no way to find out if the pills are being dispensed in a reliable way from locations which are properly licensed. This makes it more likely that the pills are fake or counterfeit.
Payment and Shipping
When you want to make a purchase with this pharmacy you find yourself on a different website completely. This other site does have some level of security and payment can be made using only Mastercard.
They offer shipping via airmail or express mail. Airmail will cost $9.95 and is expected to take 2 or 3 weeks to arrive. If you spend over $200 this will be free. Express mail costs $19.95 and reduces the delivery time down to 3 to 8 days. Express mail is free for orders over the value of $300 and this option also gives you a tracking number.
24h-Meds.com Reviews
Many people like to check customer testimonials to see how well the particular business performs. This pharmacy has a page for 24h-Meds.com reviews and the comments are good. This doesn’t show that the pharmacy is legit and reliable, however, because all of the comments are fake.
We have read these comments on other scam pharmacy sites and they are totally made up.
Conclusion
This pharmacy is very confused about where it is located, they say that they are an American pharmacy and then use fake Canadian regulatory seals on the site. The truth is that we have no idea where they are based in the world. We also have no idea who runs the site and this should concern anyone looking to purchase from this store. There is no way that we can recommend this store to anyone.
