This website was created on the 20th of June in 2005. The pharmacy’s online wing has been in operation for over a decade. That earns them a lot of trust and confidence.

If they have persevered in the industry for this long, then you know that they intend to stick around for several more years, which means that they are unlikely to participate in any fraudulent activities that could attract the ire of their loyal clients.

Related Websites

ScamAdviser gave this site a rating of 100 percent. So it should come as no surprise to learn that they share a server with websites such as the following which also have very healthy trust ratings:

looks safe
  • BioPlusHealth.com
  • MedScriptRx.com
  • ProjectSearch.us

They definitely lose a few points because they lack feedback from other sites and their Alexa ranking is so low. But ScamAdviser still thinks that they are legit, hence the 100 percent trust rating.

Business Profile

This pharmacy is the brainchild of Doctor Steven Vogt. Nearly three decades ago, Vogt decided that he wanted to create a company that would provide customized specialty care to desperate patients. He wanted the people who visited his premises to leave enriched and empowered. The pharmacy he eventually founded has garnered a reputation for being among the best in the world when it comes to on-boarding clients.

US

Based out of Altamonte Springs in Florida, this drugstore fills and transfers prescriptions. They have qualified staff on hand to answer any questions that might arise. They also offer comprehensive education on FDA Approved therapies both new and old.

profile

They work hard to keep patients updated on any treatment options that might be coming down the line, not to mention monitoring patient progress and providing analyses of promising therapies. Their biggest draw has to be the effort the firm injects into securing financial assistance for patients. In the previous year alone, they connected patients to an impressive $35 million in grants. They even have an app that will show clients how to manage their healthcare. This pharmacy is very comprehensive in the way it approaches its patients’ healthcare problems.

Regulatory Authorization

LegitScript calls this a legitimate internet pharmacy and for good reason. They have VIPPS, URAC, and ACHC Accreditation. The pharmacy also has NASP Membership. So you can trust that everything they are doing is above board.

Available Products

This specialty organization works to connect doctors to patient. It only takes its system two hours to approve a patient’s referral. They also sell medicine which they claim to dispatch in just two days if all payments have been processed successfully.

categories

They offer medication which tackles illnesses like:

  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Hemophilia
  • Hepatitis C
  • Psoriasis

They definitely take pride in their ability to deliver results at a faster rate than their competitors in this field.

Payments, and Deliveries

Specialty treatments are not cheap. As such, do not expect to find inexpensive specialty therapy and drugs on this platform.

delivery

That being said, they have programs designed to help patients manage the cost of their healthcare. Payments are made via E-checks and credit cards. You can also trust them to accept most major health insurers. Shipping isn’t an issue. They will get your medicine to you for free.

Reviews

This is very strange. This pharmacy is established and successful. So the fact that they have no consumer feedback of significance online makes no sense whatsoever.

no reviews

Conclusion

You can’t help but award this pharmacy a good trust rating. They have done everything right. The only shortcoming is the absence of customer reviews. Their website is professionally designed. Their business address can be verified. They have authentic contact information and all the licenses and accreditations you need to prove that they are a legitimate medical business.

  1. Since January 8th 2024 through today 2/14/2024 I have spent over five hours on the phone over the course of 6 different calls simply to get a refill on an existing prescription. Bioplus RX in my experience, is simply incapable of filling a prescription, billing it out properly and shipping it correctly to the patient. Though they have repeatedly promised to contact me and the manufacturer of the drug, they have never done so in this period of time. I call, spend 30 to 120 minutes on the phone, and Bioplus tells me they are working diligently at escalating my issue, it is in process and they will call me back. To date they haven’t contacted me back at all. My suggestion toward improving their business is to try putting customers ahead of profits and/or executive compensation packages.

    • I’m sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you’ve had with Bioplus RX. Spending over five hours on six different calls without a resolution is undoubtedly disheartening. It’s clear that there are serious issues in their prescription fulfillment process. Your suggestion about prioritizing customers is a valid one, and it’s unfortunate that you haven’t received the promised callbacks. Have you considered reaching out to consumer protection agencies or healthcare regulatory bodies to address this ongoing problem? If there’s any specific assistance or information you’re seeking, please let me know.
