CanadaHealthcareMall.com is one more drugstore on the internet that apparently links customers to the best, most trustworthy drug suppliers in the world. Healthcare accessibility and efficiency seem to be its most important goals, directing affordable but quality products to customers. The online pharmacy reports having licensed pharmacists, experienced physicians, and health providers in its employment. These professionals supposedly ascertain the dispensation of quality and internationally certified medications and provide a free consultation to customers.

Canadahealthcaremall domain was registered on November 25th, 2009 and is expected to expire on 25th, November 2022, a paltry 5 months from now. The domain was last updated on 23rd, November 2021. The pharmacy domain was registered under Legato LLC, an IT Engineering organization, making them the registrant. Other contact information of the registrant includes:
- Address: Moskovskoe shosse 17, floor 21
- City: Samara
- Postal Code: 443013
- Country: Russia
- Telephone number: +7.8463733047
This contact information doesn’t describe the pharmacy e-store.
The pharmacy website might be SSL encrypted, but according to SSLtrust.com, it is a phishing and suspicious site according to FORTINET, Kaspersky and alphaMountain.
The online pharmacy also has a similar business name, “Canadian Health&Care Mall”, to another online pharmacy, healthandcaremall.com. The two pharmacy websites also appear as clones of one another.
The online pharmacy claims to have started as a brick-and-mortar pharmacy in Ontario, Canada. However, no other information was provided to ascertain this piece of information. In addition, it provided information about its office in Canada as being: 2425 Matheson Blvd E, Mississauga, ON L4W 5K4, Canada. However, a check on the address showed it as a virtual office address.
In addition, there are also claims of pharmacists and physicians in the online pharmacy’s employment, but no mention of their identities, or that of the owner.
An online pharmacy, especially one established six years ago, is expected to have regulatory approval(s). The National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), LegitScript, and the Canadian International Pharmacy Association (CIPA) are three of the most reputable pharmacy governing bodies in the world today. Certification by any of these bodies shows trust.
Unfortunately, the online drugstore’s NABP and LegitScript ratings, upon review, were not positive. It isn’t on NABP’s “Recommended List” and it is rated “rogue” on LegitScript. This status means the online pharmacy shouldn’t be trusted as it engages in acts that don’t guarantee patient safety or are against pharmacy standards or other applicable laws. The final nail in the coffin is its non-recognition by CIPA. It is a Canadian pharmacy but isn’t recognized by CIPA.
Products and Pricing
The categories of drugs on the pharmacy website include:
- Pain relief
- Men’s Health
- Cancer, etc.
The online pharmacy placed great emphasis on providing the most affordable healthcare products to customers, about 80% cheaper than physical stores. This is in addition to bonuses and discounts.
On the pharmacy website, these payment options were reported to be accepted credit cards and E-Checks.
However, on the payment page, only credit cards are accepted. In addition, the payment page also looks fake and is not secured. It has a resemblance to other scam pharmacy payment pages. The phone number on the payment page could be the most telling: +1 888 524 7141. This phone number is used by a lot of other scam pharmacy websites.
The online drugstore claims to ship internationally and locally within Canada. Its shipping methods include:
- Regular Airmail: This costs $10 for orders below $200, otherwise it’s free. Delivery takes 10-21 days.
- Express Courier: This option costs $30 for orders below $300, otherwise it’s free. Delivery takes 8-14 days.
The pharmacy website contains customer reviews that are all positive. The good shopping experience and the pharmacy’s great products were mentioned in the reviews.
However, there are no reviews on independent or external review platforms. With no reviews on external review platforms, there is a high chance these reviews have been faked. The absence of reviews on other external review platforms wouldn’t improve customers’ confidence.
The online pharmacy tries its best to look legit, but it isn’t. It is one of those numerous online pharmacies that doesn’t operate in accordance with stipulated pharmacy, local and international laws. Its promises of very competitive prices hope to lure customers into its illegal and scam practices. Hence, the review of the online pharmacy will deem it as a scam.
