Service was top notch before changing from aids drugs online to Kangaroo.co. Now, it isn’t easy to get them by phone and an email response can take 20 hours.
The staffs communication skills leaves much to be desired. Before, the lady knew each customer, she was amazing. Now the online system does not update order status. One order from Aug ’22 still shows as processing.
I have been asked for my prescription every three months when I place an order. Yet each time I am told they will have it on file for future purchases. Tracking is difficult as you must ask for it and it isn’t given immediately.
