Domain Name Information
Checking the domain name records lets us know that this pharmacy has been around for a long time. The domain has been registered since 2004 and this suggests that they are more likely to be a reliable and legit store.
They have chosen to use a domain privacy service to hide their contact information. This is often an indication of a pharmacy that isn’t safe to use. After all, why would they want to avoid revealing their contact information if they are a trustworthy business?
They give the business name “Coastal Health Group Inc.” on the store and an address in Winnipeg, Canada. Trying to find this exact address is difficult, however. The postal code shows that they are located in a building that also houses the Winnipeg Police Headquarters and the central post office.
The address seems to be for a PO box located at this post office. They don’t provide an office address for the business or information about the dispensing pharmacy.
Coastal Health also operates a few other pharmacies, including:
The store shows seals from the regulatory associations CIPA and Pharmacy Checker. Clicking on the seals enables us to validate that these are correct.
Their regulation by these organizations shows that they are doing many things the right way. They make sure that there is the ability to consult a pharmacist and they have policies in place to make sure your personal information is kept secure.
The store offers the normal drugs you would expect from a pharmacy but with many cheaper generic alternatives. They offer a wide range of pills to cover a lot of treatments. Their prices aren’t the cheapest found online, however.
They dispense the drugs from not just Canada, but also Mauritius, Singapore, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This may make the drugs cheaper but could also introduce other problems. Delivery time is going to vary greatly depending on where in the world they are located and there will be a bigger chance of counterfeit drugs entering the system.
They do tell you where the drugs will be dispensed from before you order. This gives you the chance to decide if you are happy with this and there are normally a couple of locations to choose from.
You will need a valid prescription to order treatments that require it from this store. The original prescription will need to be mailed to their address before they can process your order or you can have them contact your doctor’s office directly.
The pages of the Pharm Store are secure and they will accept payment through the following methods:
- Personal or cashier’s check
- International money order
Shipping is free to US addresses. Delivery to elsewhere will cost a minimum of $19.95 and vary depending on where the drugs are dispatched from. It will take 3 days to process new orders and delivery is expected to take between 2 and 4 weeks after that.
The pharmacy is collecting PharmStore.com reviews on the Canadian Pharmacy Reviews site. They have over 20,000 testimonials on this site and most of them are highly positive. They only have 127 1-star comments which show that this pharmacy seems to provide a safe service to their customers.
With so many testimonials, they must be asking customers to leave a comment. They could even be offering some form of incentive to do this.
They have regulations to make sure they do things correctly and they have a lot of happy customers. They do require a valid prescription from customers and their website is secure.
There are a few issues in which they could do better, including being transparent about their business location and where the pills are dispensed.

Avoid PharmStore.com! The home page clearly says “free shipping on all orders in U.S.” and yet they tack on a $5 shipping charge claiming due to COVID=19. That’s illegal, a bait-and-switch. Customer service even acknowledged the free shipping line but refused to offer it. Don’t trust them! What they say isn’t true. Also the site edits customer reviews and censors, so you can’t trust its high internal rating.
We are sorry that you have a bad experience with this pharmacy. They should stop using that claim about free shipping or follow through on their promise.
